The United Methodist Church firmly believes in the value of small group study and fellowship. At First Methodist of Biloxi a variety of Christian learning experiences are available. Several Sunday School classes, Bible Study groups and Fellowship Circles have been organized for this purpose.
Guests and new members are encouraged to visit these groups in order to find a place where they feel most comfortable. Come join us for a learning, developing, applying and growing Christian experience.
ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
Sunday School classes are offered for all ages on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM.
WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY
Thursday evenings at 5:30 PM.
CHILDREN'S & YOUTH CLASSES
Nursery - We have a caring, staff nursery worker who provides for our littlest angels. Our very youngest are encouraged, loved and offered many interactive activities to stimulate their minds and keep their bodies busy. We want their church experience to be a memorable and gratifying experience.
Sunday School at 9:30 AM for pre-school, Grades 1-6.
Children's Church during the 10:30 worship service.
WOMEN'S CIRCLES - These fellowship circles are a good way for church women to bond together in Christian friendship.
Laura White Circle - Meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:30 AM. This friendship circle meets in the Ministry Center. Their theme is "Little Acts of Kindness" and they help local missions and other agencies at home and abroad.
MUSIC PROGRAM - Our Bell Choir and Worship Team rehearse on Wednesdays and enjoy fellowship during and outside rehearsals.
